Q: Can I order my checks for my new account through you directly?

New account checks can only be ordered through Ireland Bank to safeguard the security of your account. You may place reorders conveniently by clicking “Reorder Checks” link above.

Q: How do I change the address on my checks?

Please contact Ireland Bank to have your checks reordered with a different address printed on them, for the security of your account.

Q: How can I change my check design or the style of my checks?

If you would like to change your check design or style, you have the opportunity to select between a number of check designs and three different binding styles on line. Binding styles include: single check, check with carbonless copy or top stub.

Q: Can I determine the price of my checks?

Yes. To determine the price of your checks, click on “Reorder Checks”, enter your routing and account numbers, and click on the “Log In” button. By selecting “Reorder Checks” you will be shown pricing for a maximum of 4 boxes in your current check style. You may also see the price of your selected delivery method. Prices shown do not include tax.

Q: How do I track the status of my order?

You can determine the status of your order by going to the “Order Status” link within the main header of the check ordering website. If you have selected an expedited and/or secure and trackable delivery, you will also be able to link directly to the carrier’s website for additional order tracking information.

Q: I placed my order at my branch, can I find out the status?

You can determine the status of your order by going to the “Order Status” link within the main header of the check ordering website. If you have requested an expedited and/or secure and trackable delivery, you will also be able to link directly to the carrier’s website for additional order tracking information. Please allow 24 hours if your order is placed through Ireland Bank. In the future, you can conveniently reorder your checks by visiting our Check Reorder link on our website. Your order is produced and shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours.

Q: I just placed a check order and want to place another one but the system will not let me. Why?

Once a check order is placed, there is a 21 day waiting period before the system will accept another check order. If it is necessary to place a check order during this time, you may do so by contacting Ireland Bank, or by contacting Harland Clarke via chat on the check reordering site (top right hand corner), Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 10 PM CST, or by calling 1-800-275-1053 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Q: Why can’t my check numbering go higher than 9999?

Due to the space available in the MICR line (the magnetic numbers on the bottom of your check) if your order exceeds four digits the number will be reset with 1001.

Q: Why can’t I change my starting number to a number lower than my previous order?

Due to restrictions placed by financial institutions, we are unable to change your number to a number lower than your current check order through Check Reorder Express. However, you can change your starting number to a higher number. You may “Contact Us” if you would like assistance.

Q: What is Quik-Ship?

Quik-Ship is our fastest delivery method available. With Quik-Ship service, your order is given the highest priority in the manufacturing process and your delivery will be expedited. When it is important to receive your checks in a hurry, Quik-Ship is the best choice.

Q: What is the difference between Quik-Ship 1 and Quik-Ship 2?

Quik-Ship 1 will insure that you receive your order in 1-2 business days. Quik-Ship 2 will insure that your order is received in 2 to 3 business days. Actual delivery times will be dependent on the time of day the order is placed.

Q: Are there any restrictions on using Quik-Ship?

Yes. Certain restrictions apply and include the following:

  • Physical street addresses are required (No P.O., F.P.O. or A.P.O. Boxes).
  • Orders must be received by 11:00 AM local time to be able to be produced and shipped the same day.
  • Not available for international addresses.
  • Alaska and Hawaii addresses eligible for Quik-Ship 2 service by contacting Ireland Bank, or by contacting Harland Clarke via chat on the check reordering site (top right hand corner), Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 10 PM CST, or by calling 1-800-275-1053 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Quik-Ship charges include expedited delivery and in-plant rush fees and are in addition to standard delivery charges and applicable taxes.
